This week's workouts:
Monday: Stretch & Strengthen
Tuesday: 4 mile run
Wednesday: 40 min. tempo run
Thursday: 3 mile run
Friday: Rest or easy run
Saturday: 10k race
It looks like it will work out pretty well for me since I will be traveling on Mon. & Fri.
