30 min. revolving stairs = T I R E D.

so, I only did ONE round of:

(10) pull-ups
(10) push-ups
(20) hamstring curls, lying on back w/ exercise ball
(24) reverse lunges (alternating legs)
(25) reverse sit up
(25) crunches

stretch

*L U N C H*

Protein shake (just powder & water)
Salad: Mixed greens, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted corn, craisins, carrots, red cabbage, cilantro, (two grape tomatoes from garden), deli meat (turkey) and a raspberry vinaigrette dressing
