Spinach, cucumber, tomato, avocado on whole wheat -I drizzled some lime juice on this -yum.
Red pepper slices, 1 green apple

Dinner:
Homemade Whole Wheat pizza -low fat cheese, Pesto, Chicken, Spinach, Peppers & grilled onion & pear. Very tasty and very filling. I was stuffed after one piece... Not liking the stuffed feeling.
(313 cal, 19g fat, 21 carbs, 3g fiber, 3 sugar, 20g protein) -most the fat came from the olive oil in the pesto sauce....next time -marinara sauce!
Workout:
Repeat 4 times:
(20) wall balls w/ 8lb ball
(20) jumping lunges
(15) push-ups w/ feet on medicine ball
(12) pull-ups (weight assisted -I had the setting on 40lbs)
