Oatmeal w/ blueberries, 1/2 banana, 10 almonds, 1/4C 1% milk
(snack: 5 honey whole wheat pretzel braids)
Lunch:
Chicken tacos on yellow corn tortilla. 1/4 avocado, loads of baby spinach, chicken, sweet yellow pepper, fresh lime, salsa. Apple & sugar snap peas.
(snack: bowl of kix cereal)
Dinner:
Baby spinach w/ 3 cut up strawberries & sugar free vinaigrette. Sweet potato & spaghetti squash. This was really yummy. I just felt like veggies tonight. The sweet potato is so filling.
