Breakfast:
Shredded Wheat, 1/2 banana, strawberries, blueberries, milk

Lunch:
Vegetable Tofu Stir Fry mixed w/ Couscous. (sugar snap peas, red & orange sweet peppers, onion, mexican squash, spinach) Apple.

Dinner:
My parents stopped by for dinner on their way home from Utah! That was nice. We had shredded chicken (that I had cooked in the crock pot) tacos -Yellow corn tortillas, spread w/ 1/4 avocado, spinach, black beans, chicken, tomatoes, onion, lime juice. Watermellon.

Workout:

Spinning Class

Weights:
-(12) pull-ups (30lbs)
-(12) dumbbell bicep curls, ea. arm, 17lb.
-(12) dumbbell bench press, 17lb. (ea. hand)
-(12) dumbbell shoulder press, 17 lb.
-(12) dumbbell shoulder fly, 12lb
REPEAT
