Breakfast:
1 egg, 1 egg white, broccoli, red sweet pepper, onion, zucchini. 1/2 grapefruit

Snack: graham crackers & milk (total indulgence!)

Lunch:
Apple, and protein shake w/ strawberries, apricot & handful of baby spinach- I was on the run and needed something FAST.

Dinner:
Chicken Fajitas - YUM

Workout:

20 min. on treadmill -hill setting, level 11, speed 6.5

Weights:

(20) Wall balls -15lb ball -I miscalculated about 3 throws into it and the ball hit me in the face... So I finished that set and MOVED ON. :)

3 SETS OF:
(24) jumping lunges
(12) pull ups -set at 30

(16) side lunges to the right, to the left

2 SETS OF:
(10-12) bent over row w/ 45lb bar
(12) dumbbell bicep curls -20's.
(10) (?) holding 45lb bar, hands about 6" apart, pull bar to chin

2 SETS OF:
(20) kettlebell swings, w/ 20lb dumbbell
(25) reverse sit ups, crunches

4 sets of 25 -abs
