Lunch:
Bed of Spinach, sugar snap peas, cucumber, tomatoes, deli turkey. Grilled veggies (leftovers). Watermelon.
Snack: apple cherries, pistachios
Dinner:
Chicken drumstick, sugar snap peas, baked yam fries, cottage cheese, almonds, blackberries. Watermellon
Workout:
(see Tuesday's) -minus the ab & calf raises
