Breakfast:
3 egg whites, 1 egg, broccoli, yellow pepper, mushrooms, cilantro, salsa, almonds, 1/2 grapefruit


Lunch:
Piece of ezekiel bread w/ almond butter and cut up banana


Dinner:
In pan: saute onion, mushrooms, yellow pepper, shredded yam. Add water, garlic powder & some lemon juice. Add spinach - Put on corn tortilla w/ cheese and cook. Top w/ avocado. Side of blueberries.



Then I had some oreos. FIVE. One of my little monkeys put them in the cart today and I didn't put them back... :I It was one of those days.

Workout:

5 exercise circuit intermixed w/ 1 min. treadmill interval.

REPEAT 3 TIMES:

-Treadmill @8.5, 1min
- (12) dumbbell shoulder press w/ 17#'s
-Treadmill @8.5, 1min
-(24) alternating bicep curls w/ 17#'s
-Treadmill @8.5, 1min
-(12) pull ups
-Treadmill @8.5, 1min
-(15) push ups
-Treadmill @8.5, 1min
-(12) Overhead tricep extension w/ 17#

After the 3 rounds, I ended w/ another min. @8.5 and then went through just the 5 exercises one more time.

I have to say it seemed easier this time around focusing on arms rather than legs!!

i dont like yams...i know i know...anyway, that dinner looks WAY yummy tho...any idea on what i could substitute for the yam??!!! :)

No- seriously- you will like it!! Promise- It tastes different than cooking it like a baked potato...BUT you could substitute zucchini and that would be really good (or a combo w/ yellow squash)
