Today....phew.
Started out with whole wheat blueberry pancakes- Thank goodness b/c I needed the energy!
Scouted out hikes for girls camp with a friend today. We biked and ran for 4 hrs. today... TIRED legs. My cell phone dropped out of my jacket while we were running and we went back to look for it. I have a good friend. No luck... Frustrating when you're already dog tired and tack on another 2.5 miles or so of ROUGH terrain. :I
No real "meal" today, but this is what I remember eating:
1/2 banana, almonds
apple slices, sesame crackers, honey & almond butter sand. on wheat
cashew butter (yum) & graham crackers
avocado and bread
prob. a pretty high calorie day...
