Mid-Afternoon Snack
apples + cheese
Ingredients:
-1/2c low-fat cottage cheese
-1 small apple, cut up into chunks
-cinnamon (to taste)
-sliced almonds (15g) -roughly 1.5 TBSP
Directions:
Scoop your cottage cheese into a bowl. Sprinkle a hefty amount of cinnamon. Top with apple chunks and sliced almonds. Enjoy a crunchy salty/sweet treat!

Oh, give it another try!! I think there are definitely differences depending on the brand. My favorite, by far, is Lucerne fat free at Safeway!!!
You could also substitute w/ plain greek yogurt
