5 miles. And then I stretched out really good afterward - I've been bad about that.

For dinner tonight I made fish tacos. Y U M M Y.
I still can't get over how good and easy and fast they were!
I marinated the tilapia for about 5 hrs. in Yoshida's teriyaki sauce with some sliced up lime and then when I cooked it, I put 1/2 a sliced jalepeno (without the seeds & pulp) in with it (from cuisine nie) - It gave it great flavor. I also made her orange avacado salsa - cut up orange, avacado, red onion, lime juice and honey = divine.

The meal was so beautiful - with vibrant oranges, greens, & purples...I was dying to take a picture - but one camera is out of service and the other Jess has at the station. -Also our friend Ryan made an amazing mango salsa - pico de gallo style. Great meal!!
