Frosted mini-wheats w/ 1/2 banana, milk. -I was out of my regular -these were pretty 'heavy' in my stomach. Not gonna do that again.
Lunch:
Bed of spinach, carrots, sugar snap peas, cucumber, sweet red pepper, shredded chicken, corn, fresh lime. Blueberries.
Dinner:
Chicken fajitas, couscous (a new FAVORITE), blueberries
Snacks: protein shake, 12 raw almonds, 10 pistachios
Workout: (I had to make-up somehow for the cookie dough)
-45 min. on treadmill, hill setting = awesome! Level 11 & 12, 6.2. (Last min. I did 10.0, 2.0 incline)
-45 min. on rotating stairs.

your workouts are killing me! That or my age. that's my excuse and i'm sticking to it. or maybe it's the six kids. hmmm.

um no- I think YOU'RE superwoman! I don't know where I'd be 3 more kiddos from now! :) Are you really doing these workouts? That is cool!
Normally I wouldn't do that long of a workout -but I really think it was the sugary cereal... ? I have no explanation...
