Breakfast:
4 egg whites, onion, broccoli, mushrooms, sweet red pepper, topped w/ salsa. 1/2 grapefruit, almonds.


Lunch:
Protein shake w/ handful of spinach, blueberries, banana, strawberries

Snack: Chex mix

Dinner:
Grilled mushroom, onion & wilted spinach on ezekiel bread, red pepper strips, blueberries


Workout:
Spinning Class, 2.25 mi. on the treadmill
