Yummy! :)

3 egg whits w/ cilantro and salsa on a corn tortilla w/ sauteed swiss chard, spinach and asparagus in lemon & red wine vinegar.

Dinner:

(3) leaves of swiss chard, chopped. Handful of spinach, chopped - Cook in olive oil -(1.5tsp) and then add some lemon juice and red wine vinegar. YUMMY. Side of strawberries and blueberries.

Breakfast... Usual suspect.

Oatmeal w/ strawberries, blueberries, banana, almond milk

Dinner

Did my own take on the grilled veggie salad at Pita Jungle. In a pan, heat some olive oil (2 tsp.) and add garlic, chopped onion, then add asparagus, broccoli, carrots and cauliflower and a little water to let it steam. I also added lemon juice and red wine vinegar. Add tomatoes and top over a bed of romaine lettuce.

Breakfast:

1 egg, 2 eggwhites, w/ onion. Top w/ salsa. Asparagus. (I cook in pan w/ about 1/4C water and squirt lemon juice over it - yummy.)

Breakfast:

3 egg whites w/ broccoli and mushrooms. Top w/ salsa. Side or blueberries and cutie orange.

Steel Cut Oats w/ cinnamon, strawberries, banana, almonds - no milk.
