I pretty much eat the same things....
3 egg whites, w/ broccoli or spinach topped w/ salsa in the mornings is just about a given...

We have discovered the BOCA burger- um. We LOVE them!!!!!! You can have a filling 'burger' -w/ lettuce, onion, tomato, ketchup & mustard for 250cal!! Pretty cool. I like to use the orowheat sandwich thins- 100cal per bun. (sometimes I'll use 1/2 for an 'open' burger)




Gorgeous, no?! Love the mango & blackberries.

Breakfast options- oatmeal/egg pancake w/ fruit(+/- 160 cal). Cottage cheese, fruit & almonds

Really like asparagus.... Behold the fish taco!!! yummmmmmmy.
