Breakfast:
1 egg, 1 egg white (low on eggs), onion, red pepper, 1C chopped spinach, salsa. Corn tortilla (put my egg mixture in) 3 strawberries, 1/4C blackberries.
Cal: 186. Fat: 6g. Carb: 23. Fiber: 4. Sugars: 6. Protein: 13.
Snack: Protein Shake (262 calories)
Lunch: Peanut Butter Think Thin Bar, handful of sugar snap peas (280 cal.)
Snack: 12 almonds (48 cal)
Dinner:
Boca Burger (again. wasn't supposed to be- but sounded good.) + grapes. mmm.
Then I also had some frosted mini-wheats big bites...They are calorie DENSE! (360 for 10 bites.) But I had it to spare.
Total calories:1410, 25g fat, 219 carbs, 36g fiber, 67g sugar, 103g protein.
Workout: (+/- 540 cal.)
20 min. run @ 6.8 w/ 2.0 incline every-other 5 min.
YOGA. (ahhhhhhhhhhh)

I am trying to change my eating patterns! Too much packaged, sodium-filled stuff..chips, candy. Feeling the need to be healthy. Thanks for this blog place! My thinking about food needs to change and I am inspired by you.
