Kashi Go Lean Cereal w/ blueberries and almond milk. Turkey Keilbasa w/ cooked/steamed zucchini, asparagus, onion, orange bell pepper, corn cut from the cob, tomato chunks.


Typ. breakfast, Corn tortilla w/ blended black beans, spinach, tomato, onion.


3 eggwhites, 2 slices of onion-chopped, 1C broccoli topped w/ salsa. Watermelon. Tofu w/ hot 'n sour swiss chard & spinach.


Typ. w/ orange. Open faced boca burger on a sandwich thin w/ LTO. Watermelon


3 egg whites, yellow bell pepper topped w/ salsa. Steamed asparagus, mango & blackberries. Bed of Spinach, 1/2 chopped chicken breast, strawberries, 1C steamed asparagus w/ 1 TBSP olive oil balsamic dressing. yummy.
