yummy goodness!!!! Been eating a lot of eggs, oatmeal, cottage cheese & greek yogurt lately. Note! Not all greek yogurt is created equally! Make sure you check the nutrition info. Happy eating!


Kid you not. This dish below is only 220 calories, 22g protein, and so satisfying.
3 egg whites, 1/4c zucchini, 2 slices onion, 3/4c spinach topped w/ homemade salsa. 1/4c oatmeal cooked w/ cinnamon. 1/4c greek yogurt w/ cinnamon & splenda. 2 large strawberries.


Left over Thai- Red curry w/ 1/3c brown rice. I added 1 c chopped spinach





Mahi Mahi w/ green beans, yellow & gray squash, onion, fresh tomatoes. Greek yogurt w/ lemon for dipping.




Ground turkey w/ onion, yellow squash, red & green bell peppers. Yam w/ greek yogurt.




Lettuce wraps! This fed the whole family and we had leftovers. Made w/ turkey. Kinda hot. I'll have to find the recipe to post.... soy sauce, hoisen, chili paste, garlic, ginger, water chestnuts, green onion.... something like that. :)
