Left over salad, steamed veggies, cottage cheese, cinn. & almond slices.


This NEVER gets old.
3 egg whites, onion, spinach, topped w/ salsa. 1/4c oatmeal & cinn. 1/4c greek yogurt w/ cinnamon and 2-3 strawberries.



Chicken wrap on a whole grain tortilla (only 100 cal, 12g fiber) w/ roasted red pepper hummus, spinach and red pepper slices.
