Workout: Spinning & core
Breakfast: 3 egg whites, onion, sweet red pepper, 1c broccoli, 1/3c cooked oat bran (like smooth oatmeal) w/ cinnamon & blueberries. 1/2 small pear.
Snack: dried apples w/ cinnamon
Lunch: 1c coconut curried lentil soup w/ 2 chopped chicken tenderloins, 1c chopped spinach.
Perfect -It's cold outside!
Snack: 4 spice bran cookies (this batch made 45, so I figured 4 cookies =208 calories. (they're small) NOT BAD!)
also had 1/2c cottage cheese w/ cinn. and 1/2 apple.
Dinner: Chinese chicken & rice. (I added some more veggies for color here -namely bok choy & sweet red peppers) 1c veggies, 1/4c short-grain brown rice.
