I've run out of room in my journal.... need a new one.... so I'm going to be doing my food journal on-line again.
Breakfast: 1c kale & veggie salad (it's a warm salad), 3 egg whites w/ onion, salsa. Slice of ezekial bread
Snack: Apple
Lunch: 1c coconut curried lentil soup w/ 3/4c spinach, 1 tortilla/wrap
Snack: 1/2c cottage cheese, cinnamon, 10 almonds, apple
(tsp. of peanut butter, bite of kid's cheese crisp.)
Workout: Mega Fit (last class!) I'd love to do the next session- but don't really feel like committing to evening workouts for another 6wks. I like to get my workouts done EARLY in the day.
Dinner: 1.5c kale & veggie salad (veggies are: roasted red & yellow peppers, yam & golden beet w/ basil, sliced almonds) 1 scoop of protein powder w/ 1/2c soy milk + water.
