SPICED BRAN COOKIE
A perfect fall cookie. LOVE how hearty it tastes.
Ingredients:
-1c flour (called for white- I'll have to try it with whole wheat too)
-2c Unprocessed Wheat Bran (Hodgson Mill)
-1/2 tsp. baking soda
-1tsp ginger
-1tsp cinnamon
-1/2tsp cloves
-1/4c sugar
-2 eggs
-1/2c molasses
-1/2c milk
1/2c butter, melted

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400'F, line baking sheet w/ parchment paper or foil.
-In bowl, combine eggs, milk, molasses & butter. In another bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add to wet mixture.
-Drop by tspfuls onto baking sheet 2" apart. (mine were about 1/2 TBSP) Bake for 8-10 min. Yields about 30-36 cookies, +/-72 calories each! (between 66 and 79)
