3 egg whites, onion, salsa, 1 C asparagus, mango & blackberries. (1/2 apple earlier)

Lunch:
Protein shake (my usual) & 10 almonds
315 cal, 5g fat, 38 carbs, 7g fiber, 19g sugar, 29g protein

Dinner:
2C (this was like 1.5hr apart) of fall tortilla soup, 1 slice of Ezekiel Bread.
260 cal, 4g fat, 41 carbs, 10g fiber, 7g sugar, 18g protein

Snacks throughout the day:
(3) oatmeal/egg pancakes, orange, 3 jelly bellies (all my boy would give me!), 5 chips w/ guac.
348 cal, 15g fat, 43carbs, 8g fiber, 15g sugar, 14g protein
