Catching up on food. Yum. Yum. Yummy. (I love salsa, can you tell?)

So, my sister was up for my b-day party (she started this whole: taking pictures of food bidness) and she introduced me to a NEW version of the oatmeal/egg pancake! (pictured at bottom left)

Here is the recipe:

Mix together:
-1C cooked oats (1/2C dry)
-6 egg whites, 1 egg
-cinnamon- 2 tsp.
-splenda -2tsp. (guessing)
Makes 8-9 cakes (using 1/4C full of batter)

for 1 cake:
38calories
1g fat, 26g chol
45g sodium
3 carbs
0 fat
0 sugar
4 g protein
