THE BOCA BURGER
this is great for dinner or lunch in a HURRY.
Ingredients:

- 1 boca burger patty
- 1/2c spinach
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 whole wheat sandwich round
- 1/2 TBSP ketchup

side:
cucumber, carrots & 1 TBSP roasted red pepper hummus

Directions:
Cook your boca in the microwave or on your griddle/grill. Spread avocado on each side of sandwich thin. Add spinach, top with boca and then ketchup. Also LOVE it w/ iceburg lettuce, tomato & onion.

300 cal, 8g fat, 903mg sodium, 52 carbs, 16g fiber, 12g sugar, 29g protein

This is about 1/2 my daily allotted sodium total!
