BREAKFAST TWO WAYS
this would be a great snack too!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c rolled oats
-1/3 c plain greek yogurt* (I use Oikos or Chobani)
- 1 TBSP sliced almonds
- 2-3 strawberries
- 1/4 c blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- cinnamon & splenda to taste (1/2 tsp. ea)

Directions:

Cook your oats w/ cinnamon & water, then plate and add the rest of the ingredients (top pic). or, just throw everything into a bowl! :) (bottom pic)



The uncooked version also has frozen blueberries, which makes the yogurt kinda freeze up around it.
Both very yummy!

*You could also substitute w/ cottage cheese!!!!
